My wife and I went to visit friends in Saltillo, Coahuila. We met up with other friends, on our way back to the airport, at this place for breakfast. It was extremely busy, but the line went quickly. You order your tacos, pay and move to on. They ask you how many tacos you ordered and what type of tortillas you would like, then you can select from several different ingredients, up to two per taco. It was delicious.
